Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund terms below apply to tours and activities unless a different policy is displayed on the product page.

If you wish to cancel a booking, please do so by sending an email to info@touristitaly.com.

Full Order Price minus a 5% handling fee
Packages (2+ days) consisting of Trips + Hotel Up to 4 weeks before the start time of the tripFull Order Price minus a 5% handling fee (excluding upgrades to accommodations, if any)
Private 1 Day Tours Up to 48 hours before the start time of the tripFull Order Price minus a 5% handling fee 
Private Package Tours
or Private Tours for Groups,
or Other Special/Custom Organized Tours		Up to 4 weeks before the start time of the trip.
Full Order Price minus a 5% handling fee
