Day 1 - Arrival in Rome
  • Arrive in Rome and make your way to your hotel

Day 2 - Ancient Rome and Vatican Treasure Tour
  • Meet your local guide at a centralized location in Rome. Please be there 15 minutes before the tour starts

Day 4 - Siena, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano & Chianti

  • Your guide will drop you off at the historical center, where you will have 2 hours to wander through the labyrinthine streets on a self-guided tour.   • You will meet your guide in a centralized location

The order of the days is subject to change so that we can optimize your itinerary to provide the best experience.
The transfers by train will be done by high speed train. The train tickets are non refundable.
Please advise on the preferred travel time for the trains. Please note that we will send you the tickets via email with the exact travel time. The travel time will be within 2h from the chosen time.
Everyone must pass through security to enter the Vatican, which can take up to 30 minutes on busy days.
VATICAN DRESS CODE: Shoulders and knees must be covered for both men, women, and children. Short pants are permitted as long as the above requirements are met. No refunds will be given if entry is refused due to lack of appropriate dress. No knives, weapons, or sharp objects will be permitted inside
St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace are closed to the public in case of high tides. In this case, we will communicate it to the participants as soon as possible and we will arrange an alternative. In case of heavy rain or high tides, the gondola ride is not available and we will provide and alternative
Please note that the Siena Cathedral is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. During special event the opening times can change
Cancellation Policy
Please note: From October 18, 2023, it is mandatory to provide a first and last name during the Colosseum ticket booking process. Upon issuing, the ticket becomes non-refundable. Guest must ensure they have their passport with them on the day of the tour to guarantee entry. In case of incorrect personal data, access to the Colosseum will be denied
As a result of the above policy, the Rome tour component of this package (DAY 2) is also non-refundable
The remaining tours are subject to the general cancellation policy and can be canceled up to 4 weeks before the start of the package with a 95% refund (5% handling fee)
